EasyInvoice365 is built and operated by Oddeven Infotech Private Limited. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
• Business and billing content — the invoices, quotations, clients, products, projects and expenses you create, including client names, addresses and amounts.
• Company profile — your business name, address, tax details and any logo you upload for use on your documents.
• Support submissions — anything you send us when you ask for help.
• Usage data — basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, used for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookies — strictly functional session cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Operate the platform and store the documents you create;
• Authenticate you, including sending one-time verification codes;
• Send transactional messages — invoices you choose to email to your clients, password resets, and service notices;
• Respond to your support requests;
• Detect, prevent and investigate fraud or abuse;
• Comply with our legal obligations.

3. Data Storage & Security

We treat your billing data the way a bank would. Our protections include:

• TLS encryption for all data in transit;
• Passwords hashed with bcrypt;
• CSRF tokens on every form;
• Lockout after repeated failed login attempts;
• Two-step verification by email at sign-in;
• Development aligned with OWASP secure-development practices;
• Regular backups.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited cases:

• Service providers — hosting and email delivery providers who process data on our behalf, under contract, solely to run the service;
• People you authorise — team members you invite to your account, and clients you choose to send an invoice or quotation to;
• Legal authorities — where we are required to do so by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You may at any time:

• Access and update your account and company information from your dashboard;
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• Request deletion of your personal data;
• Close your account.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to allow for account recovery, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Children's Privacy

EasyInvoice365 is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Users

EasyInvoice365 is available to businesses and freelancers worldwide. The same protections described in this policy apply regardless of where you are located.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will let you know by email or through an in-app notice before it takes effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
