Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of EasyInvoice365, operated by Oddeven Infotech Private Limited. Please read them — by creating an account you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using EasyInvoice365, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
EasyInvoice365 is online invoicing software. It lets you create and send invoices and quotations, manage clients and products, track projects, expenses and payments, and download your documents as PDFs. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use EasyInvoice365.
- You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must notify us promptly at support@easyinvoice365.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Founding Member Program
The first 999 registered users receive free, unlimited access to the Founders Plan — unlimited invoices, quotations, products, clients, projects, expenses and team members — with no subscription fee.
The seat is tied to your account and remains free for as long as the account stays active. Once all 999 seats are claimed, new sign-ups will move to paid plans. If we ever introduce charges that would affect founding members, we will give notice in advance and update these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including issuing fraudulent invoices;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
- Disrupt, overload or interfere with the platform's operation;
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-extract data from the platform;
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
6. Your Content & Data
You retain full ownership of the content you create — your invoices, quotations, client records, logo and business details. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process that content solely so we can provide the service to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
7. Sending Documents to Your Clients
When you email an invoice or quotation from EasyInvoice365, you are responsible for the accuracy of its contents and for having a lawful basis to contact that recipient. You remain responsible for your own tax and regulatory obligations; EasyInvoice365 is a tool, not an accountant, and we do not provide tax or legal advice.
8. Security & Your Responsibilities
We protect the platform with TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, CSRF protection, login lockout and two-step verification at sign-in. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and for keeping your two-step verification email address secure and reachable.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oddeven Infotech Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform. Any dispute between you and your own clients is between those parties alone.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or where we are required to do so by law. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to export your data.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Oddeven Infotech Private Limited, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The specific jurisdiction will be confirmed following the pilot phase, and these terms updated accordingly.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
